Payment Policy:

For contracted health plans, such as HMO's, PPO's, and Medicare we will be collecting respective co-pays, co-insurance and deductibles at the time of visit.

Prescription Refills:

Prescription refills are best taken care of during business hours. Prescriptions filled during business hours allows your physician to verify the medicine you are taking and make any changes if necessary.

If you need a routine refill between office visits, you can call your pharmacy. If you have questions about your medicine refill, your pharmacist will contact our office. Please try not to request refills after office hours, on weekends or holiday, since your records are not available during these times.

After hours/Emergency:

A Board Certified Cardiologist is on call 24 hours a day and can be reached by calling 928-776-0601.

If you are a Prescott Cardiology patient please advise the on call cardiologist that you are a patient of either Dr. Rothrock or Dr. Stuart. When normal business hours resume your physician will be notified and they will handle your cardiac needs.

If you are hospitalized, please contact our office (during business hours) as soon as possible so that we are aware of your situation and your physician can begin coordinating your care.

If you have a medical emergency, call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room for immediate assistance.
